Ridgeway has committed his career to helping restore the power and dignity to those who have had it taken from them. During law school, he put his efforts toward public interest causes, including the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, the United States Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights, the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, and Triage Cancer.

While awaiting his Bar results, Ridgeway joined Public Interest Advocacy Collaborative, where he met and worked with Robert for several years. During that time, he served as the organization’s Vice President and Online Presence Director.

Early in his career, Ridgeway gained experience in a broad range of areas, including employment law, bankruptcy law, accessibility law, family law, and zoning law. For the majority of his career, Ridgeway has dedicated his life to representing employees.

He has a wide range of employment law experience representing employees in everything from small individual cases to large class and PAGA actions. He has represented military personnel, government employees, and private sector employees. Ridgeway’s experience has given him a unique perspective on how to best represent employees based on their individual goals.
